Our story

SINCE 1955

It was the father of Manolis Prekas who came up with the idea of opening a restaurant on the beach of Monolithos. He had the experience as an owner of a coffee shop in another spot of the island, so in 1955, when he found the area on the beach of Agia Paraskevi, he moved with his family and started his business there.

Every day

Galini Tavern means fresh fish and seafood. On daily basis we choose the best fish and seafood from the local fishermen of the island, depending on the season. From our large glass showcase - fridge you can choose the fish you desire to taste and we will weigh it in front of your eyes.


The famous

lobster spaghetti

Galini fish tavern is famous for its delicious lobster spaghetti. It is worth tasting it at the tables by the sea, along with a fine local wine. You can choose the portion for 1 or 2 persons.
